Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (SSEPD) Department invites Odisha Disabled Person ID Card Online Registration Form 2021 at ssepd.gov.in. All the physically handicapped people can now apply online for Odisha PWD ID Card and can even search PWD beneficiary. In this article, we will cover all the aspects regarding filling of Odisha Person with Disability Identity Card online application form and checking its status.
Odisha PWD ID Card Apply Online
People from handicap category does not receive the benefits of government schemes meant for them. So the SSEPD department of state govt. has started inviting Odisha Person With Disability Registration Form 2021. All the disabled candidates can now check how to apply online & register themselves in government records by filling application form. Now check the complete process for Physically Handicapped Registration Service:-
STEP 1: First of all, handicap applicants can visit SSEPD website at https://www.ssepd.gov.in/
STEP 2: On the homepage, go to the “Beneficiary Services” section and click “PWD ID Card” tab.
STEP 3: Upon clicking at “PWD ID Card” link, a new window will open where you can either click “Person with Disability” or “Children with Disability“. Here you can select “Person with Disability” tab as shown below:-
STEP 4: On clicking the “Person with Disability” tab, the page to apply for fresh PWD application will open as below:-
STEP 5: On clicking “Apply Fresh PWD Application” link to open the Fresh Application for PWD Identity Card as shown here:-
STEP 6: Here applicants can enter personal details such as name, father / husband name, mother’s name, date of birth, age, gender, mobile number, e-mail ID, mark of identification and upload image and signature.
STEP 7: After filling in personal details, applicants have to fill in disability details to apply online for PWD ID Card.
STEP 8: Here applicants can enter disability type, disability area, hospital treating disability, pension card number, disability due to and hospital name. After filling in disability details, applications are required to fill in Employment Details in PWD ID Card Application as shown below:-
STEP 9: Here applicants can select whether he / she is employed or unemployed, occupation, unemployed since, BPL / APL, personal income, father income, spouse income. After filling in employment details, applicants can enter Identity details to completely fillup the PWD ID Card Online Application Form.

Search Person With Disability Application
STEP 1: First of all, handicap applicants can visit SSEPD website at https://www.ssepd.gov.in/
STEP 2: On the homepage, go to the “Beneficiary Services” section and click “PWD ID Card” tab.
STEP 3: Upon clicking at “PWD ID Card” link, a new window will open where you can either click “Person with Disability” or “Children with Disability“. Here you can select “Person with Disability” tab as shown below:-
STEP 4: On clicking the “Person with Disability” tab, the page to Search PWD application will open as below:-
STEP 5: Upon clicking the “Search PWD Application” link, the page to search PWD beneficiary with name, aadhar will open:-
STEP 6: Here applicants can search Person with Disability beneficiary using name, aadhar and click at “Search” button to search PWD beneficiary.
